This is a 365 day permanent site with a caravan and Annex. You must fill out application form to the park management to get the go ahead to live here ,this is to make sure your a genuine and safe person as the park is a safe space to live in and they want to keep it that way. The yard is a large lot with beautiful big trees for shade. Lot is fully fenced. Site fees are $215 per week. Electric is per month and I pay between 80 per month to 150 depending on what I use but generally it's cheaper t
