Online coaching- weight loss, muscle gain, body recomp. Training program and nutrition guidance offered, customised app for tracking gym progress and check-in photos. Fortnightly check-ins with me for program updates & food amendments. Personal training- in person, 1hr training sessions in addition to online coaching. Upper/lower body day splits, cardio included dependant on situation, core and steps included. Online pricing - $60 per week, 12 week minimum commitment period. Personal trainin
