Tarragon Mexican plant(marigold

agetes lucida) Common names include sweetscented marigold, Mexican marigold, Mexican mint marigold, Mexican tarragon, Spanish tarragon, sweet mace, Texas tarragon, pericon, yerbaniz, and hierbanis. This is a French tarragon substitute that has a sweet licorice flavour. You can put the whole leaves in vinegar; use chopped leaves to make herb butter or cheese spread. It can also be used in fish and egg dishes and for flavouring soups and sauces. The leaves can also be used for tea.
