3 Results: sansui au in Preston 3072, VIC

This amp has been with me for the last 20 years and never used because I own 2 and thought a back up was worth having because I loved it so much. Well the first one I bought is still kicking and will probably outlast me so here's a chance to grab a gem. I have kept it stored in airtight wrap along with bubble wrapping for good measure. This unit looks beautiful inside and out. Everything works and sounds clean. This is quite heavy so postage would probably be at least $25. Welcome to audition.

Classic Sansui AU 707 dual mono, direct coupled amp from 1976. 85watts per channel with a total harmonic rate of 0.01% This is the Japanese version of the AU 717 that will be sold with a brand new 500 watt step transformer for the asking price. This is a behemoth of an amplifier that would be a keeper if I wasn’t already up to my eyeballs in keeper amps. Having said that, lowballs be warned I’m more than happy for this thing to stay in my study system playing tangerine dream and the Bladerunner
