The scanner for this HP Deskjet F380 is definitely working. It has no ink remaining, cannot test printing but should work if you install new cartridge. Power supply and USB cable NOT included. USB cable can be provided for $5 extra but I don't have extra power supply. You should be able to purchase the power supply somewhere or use one from your old HP printer. This Canon PIXMA MP240 scanner printer turns on and should work but would need new ink for black and probably colour as well. Black ink light is blinking.
