I have a 2 bedroom apartment located in Punchbowl on The Boulevarde road, near Broadway shopping centre. It's on the first floor so there is 1 set of stairs, NBN to the premise and also a big garage at the bottom and a visitors parking. Nice suburb and metro train line that will connect from Bankstown to Chatswood. It's a 5 minute walk to the Train station and 1 minute walk to the shops.
