We are a Scottish family of 3 looking for a rental near Byford area. We are currently renting privately through a lovely man in Burswood, but due to the rental crisis the house we are in is pretty much an office type space and isn't a home. We are not picking at all just looking for a house with 2 bedrooms or more, a backyard for our 7-year-old daughter and in a stable condition. Due to us both being business owners we are able to pay 6 month's rent in advance for any rental that is suitable. I
