This is a rare, collectable. Apollo frame that was made in Japan by Kuwahara. Kuwahara are better known for their BMX frames, but they made road frames as well. It is a medium size with a 56cm seat tube and a 55cm top tube. The number on the lower part of the seat tube start with 83 1, which is supposed to mean it was manufactured in January 1983. UPDATE: Mechanic Luke is a foreign mechanic and no longer staying because VISA was due mid April, 2019. It is still under progress to take cases internationally. Currently if you want to fix the shifter, you have to post to Taiwan to be processed. Alternatively, a contact in Sydney is able to deal with logistic between Australia and Taiwan.
