Dating from the 70’s and in original condition, there is some wear to the corner unit seat fabric but the overall condition of the lounge is sound and would warrant reupholstering (the covers zip off the cushions). The webbing straps under the cushions deteriorated and were removed; currently replaced with load-bearing resilient foam blocks in each base unit to provide support (refer to photograph). The three single seat units measure approximately 72cm wide
