Coleman 10 person instant up tent. but let's be realistic - it sleeps ~6-8 adults in comfort. 2 bedrooms off a central room and small awning outside supported by poles. not been used for a a while but was fully waterproof when last used. goes up and comes down quickly with the 'instant up' poles.
