Has inbuilt pillow that can be inflated separately by hand pump or compressor -not essential though if you use your own pillows. Rolled is about 33cm diameter. In a warm day, takes about 20mins to self inflate, longer, about 30-40min in cooler climates- best to set up upon arrival and leave it be.
