Very rare Dutch Art Nouveau cast iron banquet/table oil lamp with porcelain fixture and milk glass shade, converted to electricity. As oil lamps these were used extensively during the colonial era of the Dutch East Indies, with continuing use up to the 1980s before the introduction of electric light. This is a little beauty. Unique in its bell shape with an antique Bakelite gallery and globe holder. The globe is covered by a milk glass shade that ads to its unique lovely condition.
