This machine is around 15 years old and has been very lightly used over the years. Till last year it was flawless, but then developed an intermittent fault. Sometime it will stop mid cycle and beep, or fail to start. After a few tried, it'll wash perfectly like the day it was bought through to the end! We had Miele test the machine, replaced the friction damper (shock absorbers) and carbon brush module. Over $300 of repairs, and it still has the mystery fault. The technican said the machine
