looks to be a E BIKE electric type bike frame small size 16'' black good con , 26'' or 700cc can be set up as a hybrid or mountain bike if you have the parts, the fork's are not the corect ones for this frame but they are for disc brake good con and will fit, also have some shock fork's 700-cc that may fit this frame will post photo soon PH CALL ONLY
