MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY CIRCA LATE 60's IT IS NEAR MINT, IT HAS A COUPLE OF MARKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOAT. I DONT THINK IT HAS EVER BEEN IN THE WATER .
