A QUALITY ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY DANISH 8 DAY LONGCASE [GRANDFATHER] CLOCK A BETTER DANISH CLOCK IN VERY GOOD CONDITION When new this would have been a very costly clock. The case is of solid oak with a Baltic pine backboard. The circular dial is surrounded by a radial cut pattern in the timber, giving a totally different look to the clock. There is garland inlaid timber on the front and sides, a typical Danish pediment of wave pattern with further embellishments which add up to a striking
