This is a small copper cauldron with three legs and a straight wooden handle. The cauldron is approx 10cm in diameter and the handle 10cm long. The pieces is hand beaten, and in good condition.

Vintage English fine bone china milk jug - Grafton

Made by Grafton china in the 1830s, this gorgeous milk jug is approx 12cm tall, has a white underglaze, and is in perfect condition. The jug has a latticework decoration covered with wonderful flowers. The jug has a green band inside, and lashings of gold gilt. The makers mark is on the base.

Vintage occupied Japan cruet set - Nodder with parrots

In the immediate aftermath of WWII Japan began exporting ceramics in amazing colours and unusual designs. Some of the more interesting were Nodders. Nodders are salt and pepper shakers that sit and swing inside a frame of some form. In this case, the salt and pepper shakers are parrots that swing or 'nod' within a case that holds the mustard pot, that also has a separate lid. Vintage English china cake serving plate Shelley - Charm

This very traditional cake serving plate from the great English china company of Shelley, is beautiful. It has a square form with rounded recurve corners, and the traditional lug handles with impressed filigree. The pattern is Charm, so the plate has a soft white underglaze on the base and we'll, with a pink glaze on the plate surface. The well also has fabulous darker pink roses. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The Shelley makers mark is on the base.

Vintage French porcelain jewellery / vanity tray / dish

Made in the 1950s this small tray was designed to be used Ina vanity or dressing table to hold jewellery when dressing or disrobing. The tray has a crisp white underglaze with a gold gilt rim. The dish is approx 10cm long, with a rectangular shape with rounded and recurve corners. The dish is in impeccable condition, and has the Haviland Limoges backstamp on the base.

Vintage hinged biscuit tin with dog

This tin from the late 1940s / early 1950s had a hinged lid and a fantastic top graphic of a small dog. The tin is in great condition with excellent graphics. There is little to no rust and no dents.

Vintage pine apricot box

Created in the 1950s this box originally container apricots. The box is approx 36cm long, 28cm tall and 22cm deep. The box is made of pine slate held together with dovetail joints where the box slates meet. The ends have finger handles.cut I to them. The remains of the wooden labels can be seen on the pine. The box is structurally sound, with no loose boards and no splits.

Antique 6 Silver Plated forks - Silver Plated EPNS

Created between the world wars, these silver plated forks were made by Grosvenor. The forks are in excellent condition, with mild wear commensurate with age. Vintage Australian Grass tree rolling pin

The Australian Grass Tree (previously known as the Black boy) has a trunk that is notoriously hard to work with. Made by the Ridgeway company when they owned both Queen Anne and Colclough, this teaser has 4 cups, 4 saucers, a milk jug and a sugar / slop bowl. The set has a crisp white underglaze with beautiful blue and green pattern of stars and bars, in a classic 1960s style pattern. All pieces are in superb condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.

Vintage Grosvenor Silver Plate Forks - Set of 9

Made by Grosvenor in the mid 1930s, these silver plated forks are in excellent condition for their age, although of course they show signs of wear in places. They are straight, no bent times or handles, no excessive wear shortening tines, and most importantly, are a set of 9. Vintage 1950s MacGregor Old Gold Chocolate box x 2

These old chocolate boxes are from MacGregor's Old Gold chocolate, from the days when the chocolate was put I to 1/2 pound boxes, in small shapes within cellophane trays in cardboard boxes. The boxes are in great condition, feature a Yorkie and a very nervous looking poodle or Bedlington terrier. The cellophane is intact and the tops are in very, very good condition.

Vintage Gentlemans toiletry case - leather, brass zip

Back before plastic ruled the world, this Gentleman's toiletry bag was the height of technology. Bonded leather allowed the bag to have a solid shape and not collapse as normal.leather would have, while the brass zip was a marvel it 1930s manufacturing. This bag is approx 20cm long, with a brass zip to keep the lid down, while the internal space is divided for your soap, shampoo and hair treatment. The piece is in excellent condition, and marked with a gold stamp 'Made in England'.

Vintage Irish Linen Pillowcases - Mint in Box - Never Used

This set of two matching Irish Linen pillowcases has never been used, or even opened, and comes in the original packaging from the 1950s. The two pillowcases are standard sized, made of irish linen with decorative borders. The pillowcases have never even been removed from the packaging, and are pristine. The packaging is in excellent condition, and clearly marked 'Made in Ireland'.

Vintage English silver plated teaspoon set in box

Made between WWI and WWII, these teaspoons are in a set of 10, with two matching sets of tongs, all held together in their original presentation box. The 10 teaspoons are wonderfully yet simply patterned with the tongs being equally sophisticated. The presentation case is long with good hinges and a well maintained exterior. The spoons and tongs are all in excellent condition, with no bends, no scratches and no wearing.

Vintage huge ceramic / bakelite switch - Brit Lektrik

This is a huge old switch. It's base is industrial ceramic, with a bakelite cover and knob. It's large and heavy, with an old wiring diagram on the back. The ceramic base has letter and numbers in it for the parents it covers, also stating that it was as made in England by Brit Lektrik (yes, that is the spelling they use). It's a great object, and in fantastic condition. It comes in the old box it was in when I purchased it 30 years ago, that states, mysteriously: Spec Switch - Purpose UNKNOWN

Vintage Australian pottery trough vase - Braemore

Made by Beardmore in the 1950s, this vase is wide and low, especially designed for floating flowers such as camelias. Called a trough vase, the vases were especially popular for low, short stemmed flowers. The vase is large, and approx 30cm in length. The exterior had an impressed art nouveau pattern, making it soft and organic. Covered in a soft white glaze, the vase is in perfect condition, and has the Beardmore stamp on the base.
